Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Director, Global Compensation to lead the design, governance, and execution of our worldwide compensation programs. You will shape executive, annual incentive, broad-based, and sales compensation programs and ensure alignment with business strategy and financial sustainability.

The role partners with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR Operations, and senior leaders, driving benchmarking, education, and transparency in pay.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive compensation experience with leadership of global programs.
Strong expertise in compensation strategy, design, governance, and administration.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
Experience leading global compensation planning processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global compensation strategy in support of company objectives.
Lead design, implementation, and administration of executive, annual incentive, broad-based, and sales compensation programs.
Oversee annual compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
Provide strategic compensation guidance to executive leadership and HR partners.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR Operations, and executives on compensation decisions.
Educate employees and managers on compensation programs and education.
