Job summary

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Global Compensation to shape and govern our worldwide compensation programs. You will partner with HR and regional teams to implement scalable, equity-driven approaches aligned with our business strategy in a fast-growing biotech setting.

You will lead analytics, governance, and communications to executives and employees, ensuring transparent, competitive compensation practices across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience.
• Experience governing global compensation frameworks across multiple countries.
• Establish KPIs, controls and audit mechanisms for programs.
• Communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to executives.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to lead and coach compensation professionals.

Responsibilities

• Translate Total Rewards strategy into global compensation programs.
• Govern global structures, market-pricing guidelines and decision frameworks.
• Apply frameworks with HR Partners while considering local market needs.
• Evolve global job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks.
• Lead global offer practices and governance including audits.
• Develop pay equity analyses and executive-ready materials.
• Communicate compensation concepts to employees and managers.
