Job summary

Icann in Los Angeles is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist to support global Total Rewards programs. The role focuses on compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and benefits administration across regions.

Responsibilities include developing salary ranges, supporting pay structures, and providing insights via Total Rewards reporting. Strong analytical skills, collaboration with HR teams, and proficiency in Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum six years in compensation & benefits with analyses experience.
• CCP certification preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Review job descriptions to align roles with compensation levels and salary grades.
• Conduct compensation analyses using market data and develop salary ranges.
• Lead or support annual salary reviews, market adjustments, and benefits processes.
• Generate reports in HRIS/Excel and ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Provide training to HR teams on pay practices and policies.
• Support benefits programs including open enrollment and vendor coordination.
