Discovery Education seeks a Global Benefits & Compensation Manager to optimize compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across geographies. You will serve employees, leaders, and HR Business Partners with clear guidance and educational resources on Total Rewards.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Talent and supports employees in the United States and United Kingdom. This hybrid position is based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation, benefits, Total Rewards.
• Experience with annual compensation cycles, job evaluations, market pricing.
• Experience with open enrollment, vendor relationships, audits, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Administer global compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across geographies.
• Conduct job evaluations, market-pricing analyses, benchmarking, and compensation studies; maintain salary structures and records.
• Partner with Payroll, manage vendor relationships, open enrollment, vendor integrations, and regulatory reporting; ensure ACA/ERISA/COBRA compliance.
