Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years in global or matrixed compensation.
• Strong knowledge of compensation programs, equity, pay regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and data analysis platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual global compensation cycles including base pay, incentives, and equity.
• Develop scalable salary structures and perform market benchmarking.
• Maintain global job architecture and governance for consistency across regions.
• Administer equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP) and ensure compliance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor compensation trends and provide insights.
