Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior Retirement Analyst to join the Americas compensation and benefits team in Centennial, CO. You will lead retirement program administration, oversee vendor relationships, and drive process improvements for compliance and efficiency.

The role requires experience in retirement benefits, strong MS Office, HRIS (Workday preferred), and the ability to work across internal stakeholders and service providers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least a 4-year degree with 5–7 years of retirement benefits experience.
• Nice to have project management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of retirement programs with internal and third-party partners.
• Maintain plan governance and regulatory compliance across US/Canada.
• Coordinate audits, vendor relationships, and data accuracy.
