Job summary
Exyte in the United States and MEA region seeks an Expert Global Compensation & Benefits professional to design, govern, and administer pay and benefits aligned with global framework. This role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership to deliver data-driven reward solutions that attract, retain and engage talent.
Key responsibilities include regional advisory, benefits program management, market benchmarking, annual compensation processes, and governance with strong data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or a related field and solid understanding of compensation and benefits.
- Experience supporting compensation and benefits programs for USA and/or MEA regions with governance knowledge.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret market data, model costs, and translate findings into recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Regional Compensation Advisory & Execution: support programs for the USA and MEA aligned with global principles.
- Benefits Support: evaluate, renew, implement and administer benefit programs with stakeholders.
- Market Benchmarking, Analytics & Reporting: conduct pricing, benchmarking, pay analysis and cost modeling.
- Annual Compensation & Incentive Processes: assist salary reviews, bonuses, and process communications.
- Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.
