Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Global Compensation Partner to drive our compensation strategy across geographies. You will advise within the Compensation CoE, synthesize market data, and influence plans with HR partners and business leaders.

The role requires 7+ years in global compensation, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-regional programs. Hybrid work arrangement in the Buffalo/East Aurora area is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Over seven years of experience in compensation or HR roles within a global organization.
• Strong expertise in global compensation practices, regulatory compliance, pay equity.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting global compensation programs across regions.
• Proven ability to synthesize data and market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation analytics tools, and salary survey platforms.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area, or willing to relocate to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant within the Compensation CoE and to HR leaders, providing global market insights.
• Translate external practices into actionable compensation framework recommendations.
• Act as project manager and liaison to global HR and business partners to align local programs with global philosophy.
• Lead the Global Compensation Council and foster a community of practice.
