Work Schedule: Hybrid – Buffalo, NY
Moog’s Corporate Group is looking for a Global Compensation Partner to join our growing Rewards Team. In this strategic role, you will serve as a key advisor within the Compensation Center of Expertise (CoE), bringing global market intelligence, regulatory insight, and external best practices into our compensation strategy. You will play a critical role in connecting global frameworks with local execution, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business needs across geographies. You will work a hybrid schedule in East Aurora, NY.
Salary range (Buffalo, NY): $120,000 – $160,000 annually. (Base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.) This position requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information.
