Qualifications
- Typically, bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Over five (5) years of experience in compensation, job architecture, or roles involving strong HR partnerships.
- Expertise in job evaluation methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evolve governance structures for the global Career Architecture framework.
- Partner with COEs and HR to lead senior job evaluations and provide guidance on job design.
- Consult on compensation structure alignment and internal equity strategies.
