Responsibilities

• Execute creation, efficacy, profitability, compliance, and audit of variable compensation plans.
• Deliver ad-hoc compensation reporting and analyses for leadership and board.
• Address audit findings and ensure SOPs reflect policy and compliance.
• Engage with third-party vendors to analyze market valuation and pricing.
• Coordinate triennial compensation projects with stakeholders and vendors.
• Deliver annual salary range recommendations and assess total rewards.
• Lead compensation training for management and partner-employees.
• Report policy gaps and mitigate risk across compensation programs.
