Job summary

Workato seeks a Compensation Manager to lead global compensation programs, job architecture, and pay structures across the organization.

You’ll partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to drive market-competitive, equitable pay decisions, support Workday and Pave processes, and administer annual compensation cycles in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with potential to convert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including global exposure in a SaaS environment.
• Experience administering compensation programs in Workday; Pave or similar platforms; CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support global compensation programs and pay structures across the organization.
• Maintain integrity of compensation data in Workday and Pave, and deliver analyses.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for compensation and workforce analytics.
• Administer annual compensation cycles and surveys, coordinating with stakeholders.
