Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of related compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pay analyses and benchmark jobs against survey data to determine competitive ranges.
• Administer and maintain HRSoft Merit Planning and UKG HCM for compensation.
• Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses of pay practices and compensation actions.
• Manage salary structure and benchmark maintenance in MarketPay.
• Participate in salary surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) and upload results to MarketPay.
• Assign competency codes and manage job codes/titles in the HRIS.
