Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support global base pay, incentive, and equity program governance. You will perform market benchmarking, data audits, and analysis to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices.

The role partners with People Managers, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to translate policies into actionable insights. Applicants should have 2+ years in compensation/total rewards, strong Excel skills, and experience with Workday and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Financial Analysis.
Strong Excel modeling and data verification skills.
Experience with market surveys (Radford preferred) and focal merit/bonus cycles.

Responsibilities

Perform market benchmarking and job leveling evaluations using Radford/Aon sources.
Support global base pay, incentive, and equity data with audits and documentation.
Assist with annual focal review processes in Workday and related testing.
Manage monthly bonus calculations and prepare summary reports.
Provide guidance on compensation recommendations to managers and HRBPs.
Handle compensation inquiries via ServiceNow with established governance.
