Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant to join a global, multilingual team delivering client and creator operations across 60 languages. The role focuses on sourcing and activating creators, monitoring performance, coordinating projects, handling escalations, and driving process improvements while working fully remotely with an international client base.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication at C1 level is required.
• Solid project management skills and data handling in Google Sheets are required.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
• Proactive ownership of tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance, provide feedback or retraining as needed.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations, driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
• Identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases as needed.
• Track performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
