Job summary

WR Immigration is seeking a remote, full-time Community & Engagement Manager to lead its global community initiatives. You will own strategy for the Immigration Benchmarking Collective, grow membership, and drive programming that connects HR, talent acquisition, immigration, and mobility professionals with WR's thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in community management, member engagement, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead a professional community and executive events.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Ability to engage senior HR, talent acquisition, immigration, and mobility leaders.
• Excellent project, event management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience creating content across digital channels (LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars).
• Analytical mindset to translate survey data and feedback into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, growth, and day‑to‑day management of the Immigration Benchmarking Collective and related community initiatives.
• Grow and retain membership by creating connections among HR, talent acquisition, immigration, and mobility professionals.
• Serve as WR Immigration's primary community ambassador and relationship manager with members and industry leaders.
• Develop an annual community roadmap, programming calendar, goals, and success metrics.
• Lead monthly virtual Collective roundtables and high‑value member discussions.
• Develop content across LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaigns, and community platforms.
• Design benchmarking surveys, analyze results, and translate trends into business insights.
• Coordinate the Business Immigration Benchmark Podcast, including planning and promotion.
• Partner with attorneys, marketing, and subject‑matter experts to maintain content quality and WR voice.
• Plan and execute approximately six in‑person executive roundtables annually; manage budgets and vendors.
