Job summary

WR Immigration seeks a Head of Community for the Immigration Benchmarking Collective. You will own the annual roadmap, design benchmarking surveys, and turn results into reports for member leadership.

You will facilitate discussions among senior HR and mobility leaders, grow membership, and manage events and partnerships. This is a remote, full-time role with a salary of $110,000–$135,000, based on experience and geographic considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning a professional community, membership program, or executive event series.
• Growth and retention you personally drove with measurable numbers.
• Executive presence to facilitate discussions among VPs of HR and global mobility leaders.
• Survey design literacy to create instruments with actionable results.
• Strong writing across formats: reports, invitations, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual roadmap for the Immigration Benchmarking Collective, including programming and budget.
• Design benchmarking surveys and translate results into reports for member leadership.
• Facilitate discussions among senior HR and mobility leaders to drive engagement.
• Build and manage relationships with members, sponsors, speakers, and partners.
• Oversee monthly virtual roundtables and in-person executive sessions, end-to-end.
