Job summary

A leading digital engagement company is seeking a Community Engagement Practice Lead to advocate for effective community engagement practices and support clients' skills development. This role is a maternity leave cover on a fixed-term contract of 8 months, with responsibilities spanning business development, marketing, and customer success. Responsibilities

• Assist business groups to establish Social Pinpoint as a marketplace leader in public engagement.
• Support sales staff with industry trends and opportunities.
• Deliver training services to support customers in digital engagement work.
• Identify emerging trends among prospective and current customers.

Skills

Background in Stakeholder/Community Engagement with major infrastructure

Knowledge of the regulatory process for project approvals

Understanding of working with government stakeholders

Hands-on experience working with stakeholders

Consulting experience

Training or account management experience

Education

Relevant higher education (urban planning, public policy, political science, or communications)
