Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Communications Manager for the Amazon Flex Worldwide Strategy to lead the global communications program for the delivery partner network, including toolkits, templates, and messaging frameworks. You will work with TPMs and regional teams to tailor messages for diverse markets.

You will own cross-functional launches, measure campaign impact, and establish best practices for partner communications across languages and markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years marketing experience in a non-internship role.
• 7+ years building and managing acquisition or channel programs.
• Experience using data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience creating campaigns across multiple timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of communications programs for Amazon Flex.
• Create and manage driver communications across email, FAQs, newsletters, video, websites, and other channels.
• Project manage launches with cross-functional stakeholder groups to ensure consistent message integration.
• Develop global communications toolkits, templates, processes, and messaging that serve as a model for partner teams.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign results; optimize communications using data.
• Lead cross-market and language initiatives; drive scalable impact.
• Develop best practices in engagement and execution for partner teams.
