Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and execution of communications programs that improve the driver experience across Amazon Flex products and programs
• Create and manage driver communications across email, FAQs, newsletters, video, websites, and other channels
• Project manage launches with cross-functional stakeholder groups (product managers, Safety, Operations, Driver Support, regional communications managers, and Voice of Driver teams) to ensure consistent message integration
• Develop global communications toolkits, templates, processes, and messaging that serve as a model for partner teams
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign results; optimize communications using data; and consult on big-picture business trends
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across markets and languages
• Innovate, implement, and test learning strategies that drive scalable impact
• Develop best practices in engagement and execution to establish standards for partner teams
