Job summary

Stripe, a global payments platform, seeks a Commercial Lead in San Francisco to own end-to-end program development for commercial and GBS launch readiness. You will drive revenue-enhancing initiatives, coordinate with Sales, Deal Pricing and Strategy Strategists, and oversee cross-functional programs with executive visibility.

In this role, you will manage complex initiatives, engage senior leaders, and build scalable commercial constructs across Legal, Finance, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics.
• 10+ years in program management, commercial strategy, economics, deal management, or pricing.
• Experience leading cross-team mechanism development end-to-end.
• Experience in scalable, ambiguous environments.
• Experience engaging with senior executives on high-priority initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs with Stripe-wide impact.
• Manage complex programs requiring significant resources and integration.
• Support commercial program deals with pricing and strategy collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and other teams to launch and scale programs.
• Identify gaps and propose holistic, data-driven solutions to improve go-to-market strategies.
• Communicate effectively with sellers, Deal Pricing Strategists, and senior leadership.
