Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Operations professional to lead end-to-end readiness and execution for priority product launches. Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Systems teams to design scalable, repeatable processes, measure impact, and drive efficiency.

You will partner with product teams to drive strategic initiatives, build operable metrics, and automate workflows that accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and alignment with Stripe’s mission.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in product operations or related roles.
Cross-functional collaboration with product and technical teams.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Experience with AI, automation, or workflow tools.
Strong problem solving in GTM or sales-oriented environments.
Track record delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational readiness and execution for priority product launches.
Improve operational models through automation and reusable workflows.
Scale processes for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with Product teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Develop and communicate operational metrics to leadership.
