Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• AI fluency and ability to apply AI tools to accelerate work.
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for new markets across Stripe's roadmap, focusing on Americas and EMEA.
• Drive operational readiness across workstreams, tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and unblocking dependencies.
• Navigate high ambiguity — build scalable playbooks and reporting standards.
• Collaborate across Risk, Ops, Product, Eng, Strategy to ensure alignment and execution.
