Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a VP Sales & Marketing Business Partner to drive growth for the Central S&M segment. You will deliver value to strategic accounts, develop customer-focused propositions, and support multi-region bids while aligning AFNA practices with Amcor Way.

You will partner with commercial teams, analyze P&L results, and travel domestically ~25% to maximize performance across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in packaging industry (flexible preferred).
• 5+ years in commercial or related role (Marketing or Sales preferred).
• Strong business/financial acumen; experience analyzing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of growth targets for central S&M accounts and GKAs.
• Develop and communicate value propositions for key customers.
• Engage customers at a technical level to explain solutions and options.
• Support bid processes to improve win rate.
• Collaborate across geographies and functions to align investments.
