Job summary

Napster Corp seeks a VP, Global Commercial & Ecosystem Enablement to lead and scale the global enablement function across the commercial organization and partner ecosystem.

The leader will own an existing team, build operating model, processes, governance, systems, and programs to enable global scale and report to SVP, Partnerships & Ecosystem. This role supports internal commercial teams and the broader ecosystem including resellers and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global enablement within a SaaS technology organization.
• Ability to build scalable operating models, processes, and governance.
• Proven track record supporting direct sales and complex partner ecosystems.
• Experience launching structured go-to-market and launch enablement programs.
• Experience establishing systems of record and content governance.
• Collaborates across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Partnerships, and Operations.
• Leads global teams through rapid growth and change.
• Uses technology, AI, and automation to improve effectiveness and scale.

Responsibilities

• Build the end-to-end global enablement operating model, including intake, prioritization, ownership, governance, development, review, launch, maintenance, and retirement.
• Establish clear ways of working and decision rights across Commercial, Partnerships, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Operations.
• Create and maintain a trusted system of record for enablement content, programs, messaging, and materials, with strong version control and lifecycle management.
• Translate company strategy, product innovation, and go-to-market priorities into structured, repeatable enablement programs.
• Ensure commercial teams have the knowledge, tools, messaging, and content required to engage customers effectively.
• Build differentiated enablement motions for resellers, hyperscalers, referral partners, OEMs, and technology partners.
• Balance personalization with scale, ensuring priority teams and partners can move quickly without creating an unsustainable bespoke model.
• Establish quality standards and review processes that allow the organization to move fast while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Introduce AI, automation, and agent-led approaches to improve intake, content development, discovery, personalization, knowledge access, and program delivery.
• Define success metrics across readiness, adoption, engagement, productivity, partner activation, and business impact.
• Lead, develop, and support the global enablement team, creating clarity, focus, accountability, and sustainable ways of working.
