Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead global commercial-card client change initiatives. You will manage end-to-end implementations, coordinate with clients, product teams, technology and operations to ensure on-time delivery and a smooth onboarding experience.

The role combines card programs, connectivity and data security, with governance and scalability improvements across regions.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex client implementations or change-management programs.
Ability to manage multi-workstream initiatives on time and within scope.
Experience working with global clients and geographically distributed teams.
Knowledge of commercial-card products, payment processes and card program implementation.
Understanding of APIs, data mapping, host-to-host and file-based connectivity.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial-card client change initiatives from planning through closure.
Manage implementations for purchasing, corporate, virtual and lodge cards where applicable.
Define scope, document requirements and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and go-live dates.
Coordinate activities across global teams and act as central point of contact for clients.
