Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking an Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end initiatives for Commercial Card and Integrated Payables. You will coordinate with Sales, Treasury Management, Product, Operations, Risk, and vendors to drive timely onboarding, configuration, and adoption of payment solutions.

You will train clients, develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure operational readiness while accelerating time-to-spend and enhancing client satisfaction, supporting revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in Commercial Card, Treasury Management, Payments, or Implementation.
• 5+ years with Integrated Payables, Virtual Cards, ACH, and payment automation.
• 5+ years of project management in payments/treasury environments.
• 5+ years with ERP integrations and file mapping.
• 5+ years in technically complex treasury implementations or card products.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Commercial Card and Integrated Payables.
• Act as primary contact for onboarding and deployment.
• Develop plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across Sales, Treasury Management, Product, Operations, Credit, and vendors.
• Conduct kickoff meetings and governance throughout onboarding.
• Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and obstacles.
• Provide client training and develop documentation.
• Drive adoption to support revenue generation and client retention.
