Job summary

MTINC is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, level, calibrate and commission CNC slicing and dicing machines at customer sites worldwide. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control problems, including FANUC alarms, and verify machine accuracy after installation or repair.

Travel up to 30 times a year, including international assignments, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field service or CNC maintenance experience.
• Familiar with CNC machines and G-code is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license and passport or ability to obtain them.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, level, calibrate and commission CNC slicing/dicing machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control problems using alarms, schematics and test equipment.
• Explain issues and fixes to customers in plain language.
• Document all work, parts, time and follow-up needs the same day.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and PPE; participate in on-call rotations.
