Job summary

ByteDance's Cloud Team is seeking a Resource Management Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of ByteDance's global cloud resource delivery, including deployment, optimization, and end-of-life planning. You will collaborate with capacity planning, network, engineering, operations, procurement, supply chain, and finance to ensure successful delivery of cloud resources.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the deployment of ByteDance's global cloud resource infrastructure.
Collaborate with capacity planning, network, engineering, operations, procurement, supply chain, and finance to deliver resources.
Manage multiple suppliers, track progress, identify risks, and deliver per plan on cost and quality.
Lead standardization of global project management processes and shorten delivery cycles.
Develop server generation transition plan and verify new platform environment; schedule EOL for old servers.
Optimize interfaces between teams and identify low-utilization machines to promote recycling and reuse.
