ByteDance seeks an experienced Global Data Center Operations professional to oversee the end-to-end O&M of hyperscale infrastructure. You will coordinate with facility managers, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and scalable performance across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center infrastructure O&M experience.
• Experience collaborating with global teams, vendors and partners.
• Strong documentation and workflow-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation, maintenance and emergency response for global data center infrastructure.
• Escalate and report major risks, coordinate resources to ensure closed-loop O&M risk management.
• Drive implementation and supervision of O&M management systems and unify operational specs across data centers.
• Monitor regional O&M metrics, conduct audits, identify risks and optimize workflows.
• Support data center infrastructure platforms including data ingestion, governance and alarm management.
