Job summary

Baseten is seeking a Delivery Director to own end-to-end delivery for large-scale compute infrastructure, including on-prem data centers and neo cloud GPU capacity. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data center operations, procurement, and finance, coordinating across colo providers and partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management or delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering on-prem data center builds (power, cooling, network, racks) from planning to go-live.
• Direct experience with GPU cloud or neo cloud capacity delivery and contracts with providers.
• Proven track record managing multi-vendor, high-exposure programs with external deadlines.
• Strong executive communication; translate tech risk into clear updates.
• Vendor/partner management with accountability for delivery commitments.
• Comfortable operating in fast-growth environments with structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of on-prem infrastructure builds across colo providers and partners.
• Drive neo cloud delivery programs with capacity ramps and go-live readiness.
• Build master delivery schedules across multi-site, multi-vendor programs.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and translate dependencies into status updates.
• Own vendor and partner relationships; hold partners to commitments.
• Run risk and dependency management and proactive mitigation.
• Establish delivery governance with frameworks, RAID logs, and reporting cadence.
• Align capacity planning with business contracts and growth targets.
• Lead post-mortems to improve cost, speed, and future predictability.
