Job summary

ByteDance's infrastructure team seeks a passionate project manager to support power and energy functions for global data centers in the Americas and EMEA. You will partner with Strategy, Data Center Engineering, Operations, Capacity Planning and Global Supply Chain to guide complex construction and service projects ensuring reliable power availability.

Lead utility due diligence, energy supply management, and lifecycle power processes from reservation to energization, plus energy cost

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Policy, Law, Economics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in real estate/tech infra development, evaluation, and acquisition focusing on power.
3+ years managing utility agreements and energy-focused projects.
Experience in Americas/EMEA energy markets and grid interconnection.

Responsibilities

Support power availability analysis and reliability due diligence for data center expansion.
Lead utility and power due diligence for existing and future data center portfolios.
Manage data center energy supply and identify markets with adequate power.
Support lifecycle power management from reservation to energization and monitoring.
Conduct energy cost analysis and drive budget-optimization initiatives.
