Responsibilities include optimizing distribution strategies, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across the clinical supply network while balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.

Qualificações

• Working knowledge of international shipping documentation, customs processes, and international shipment execution.
• Familiarity with global supply chain participants including brokers, freight forwarders, importers, CMOs/CROs, and depots.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and web-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Support logistics initiatives across upstream divisions to strengthen overall logistics and distribution experience.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supply Planning, CMOs, Trade Compliance, and third-party providers for seamless logistics execution.
• Design and implement distribution strategies for efficient, compliant delivery of investigational product to global sites.
• Monitor logistics performance, identify gaps/risks, and propose improvements to service levels and operations.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, quality- and compliance-focused environment.
