Isomorphic Labs is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain in Cambridge, MA to lead end-to-end clinical supply planning, vendor management, packaging, labeling, inventory control, and global distribution. The role reports to the Head of Early Development and partners with Clinical Operations and CROs to ensure timely drug supply across studies.

The successful candidate will drive scalable supply systems and networks, oversee external CMOs/CPOs, and coordinate with IRT/RTSM providers

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating complex operational timelines across stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of clinical supply chain processes and cGMP/GDP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply planning, vendor management, packaging, labeling, inventory management and global distribution.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and CROs to align supply readiness with timelines.
• Drive scalability of supply systems and vendor networks for multiple modalities and therapeutics.
• Manage external packaging/labeling CMOs/CPOs, depots, and IRT/RTSM partnerships.
