Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Manager Clinical Supplies Project Manager to plan and coordinate the downstream activities of clinical supplies across studies. You will manage deployment through depot networks, distribution to sites, and ensure uninterrupted CFGs supply.

The role emphasizes end-to-end supply chain knowledge, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical development, QA, and IT systems such as SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or scientific discipline or 10+ years experience in Pharmaceutical Clinical Supply.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years in planning, scheduling, coordination and processing of supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Participates on the Clinical Trial Team and collaborates to negotiate timelines and strategy for clinical supplies.
• Interacts with key partners in GCS and other organizations to address clinical supply topics.
• Establishes timelines for clinical-supply needs per protocol and ensures robust packaging and distribution signals.
