Job summary

Merck is seeking a seasoned Inventory Manager Clinical Supplies Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of clinical materials. You will collaborate with GCS Planning, CTT, and regional teams to ensure timely packaging, labeling, and distribution of CFGs for global trials.

The role emphasizes proactive risk assessment, data-driven decisions, and strong communication with stakeholders while supporting change controls and process improvements within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years pharma supply chain experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Trial Team to align supply timelines.
• Manage planning, scheduling and distribution of clinical supplies.
• Analyze risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain forecast in SAP; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support regulatory inspections and deviation/change controls.
