Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, business, or related discipline required.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and processing supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a key stakeholder on the Clinical Trial Teams (CTT) and collaborates to set timelines and strategy for clinical supplies.
• Interacts with clinical development, regulatory, quality and supply chain to address topics.
• Establishes timelines for clinical supply needs per study and coordinates sourcing, manufacturing, packaging and distribution.
• Analyzes risks to clinical supply and develops mitigation strategies with partners and senior leaders.
• Uses SAP and other tools to generate a consolidated forecast for study product needs.
• Authoring of clinical supply documentation and study protocol sections.
• Supports change controls and deviation investigations as required.
• Contributes to regulatory inspections and process improvements.
