Job summary

Merck seeks a Protocol Clinical Supplies Project Manager to design strategic plans for clinical supplies across studies, acting as GCS liaison in development meetings. The role requires understanding end-to-end product development and balancing patient needs with supply stability.

You will work with clinical development, CMC, and supply chain teams, using SAP/Oracle and MS Office to forecast and manage materials for trials worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in scientific, business, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• At least 5 years of planning/scheduling and coordination of supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a key stakeholder on Clinical Trial Teams and negotiates timelines for clinical supplies.
• Collaborates with regulatory, quality and supply chain to address topics.
• Establishes timelines for clinical supply needs and provides signals for sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.
