Job summary

Merck is seeking an Inventory Manager Clinical Supplies Project Manager (IM CSPM) to lead downstream activities for clinical supplies across multiple studies. You will plan material availability, manage depot movements, and ensure timely distribution to clinical sites while coordinating with CTT and GCS partners.

The role requires a strong background in GMP/GCP, 5+ years in planning and project management, and experience with SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years equivalent in Pharmaceutical Clinical Supply.
5+ years of project management experience.
5+ years of planning, scheduling, coordination, and processing of supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Clinical Trial Team to negotiate timelines and strategy for clinical supplies.
Coordinate with GCS Logistics, Distribution, and Operations to address supply topics.
Establish timelines for clinical supply needs per protocol and ensure robust packaging/distribution signals.
Analyze study risks related to supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Utilize ERP and MS applications for management of assigned studies.
