Russell Tobin is partnered with a top pharmaceutical and diagnostics company to identify a Global Clinical Order Manager for an opportunity in South San Francisco, CA 94080. The role focuses on overseeing all packaging orders, ensuring on-time in-full delivery of IMPs, and coordinating with global teams to maintain GMP compliance.

The candidate will manage packaging operations, set up standard designs with CSCL, and enable randomization processes for blinded studies, requiring 6+ years in pharma

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pharma industry or supply chain management.
• ERP system experience (SAP/OMP/APO).
• Excellent verbal and written English; German optional.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• APICS/SCOR certification or PMP/Lean training is a strong plus.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships with partners.
• Well organized with strong planning and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, proactive and adaptable.
• GMP compliance mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Active in career development and growth.
• Project management or process improvement skills are a plus.
• High cultural awareness for global collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Prepare packaging orders and ensure on-time, in-full delivery of IMPs.
• Set up Standard Packaging Designs with CSCL and other teams.
• Manage operational issues and coordinate with Quality Units; escalate issues affecting timelines.
• Establish and maintain alignment across Production Enablement teams and Master Data Deployment.
• Enable the Medication Randomization process for blinded studies.
