Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Global Clinical Order Manager to oversee the end-to-end packaging and distribution of Investigational Medicinal Products from clinical packaging facilities in Kaiseraugst and South San Francisco. The role emphasizes on-time, in-full delivery and tight collaboration with QA, Master Data, and Packaging Operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in pharma supply chain, ERP experience (SAP/OMP/APO), and certifications like APICS/SCOR or PMP.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in the pharma industry or supply chain management.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German is beneficial.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
APICS or SCOR certification (or PMP/Operational Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean training) is a strong plus.
Customer- and patient-focused with strong relationship-building with partners.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and be proactive and adaptable.
GMP compliance mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Active pursuit of personal development and growth in career.
Project management and/or process improvement experience is a plus in global collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage in-house packaging orders and drive on-time in-full delivery of IMPs.
Set up Standard Packaging Designs in collaboration with the CSCL and cross-functional teams; escalate major issues.
Enable the Medication Randomization process for blinded studies.
