Job summary

Global Clinical Order Manager in South San Francisco, CA is a long-term contract role within a world leader in biotechnology. You will manage in-house packaging orders and ensure on-time, in-full delivery of IMPs and support packaging designs across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree, 6+ years pharma or supply chain experience, ERP exposure (SAP/OMP/APO), and strong English communication skills; German is a plus. APICS/SCOR or PMP/Lean training is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• 6+ years in pharma or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house packaging orders and ensure on-time in-full delivery of IMPs.
• Set up Standard Packaging Designs with CSCL and other teams.
• Manage issues with Quality Units; escalate major packaging issues affecting timelines.
• Enable the Medication Randomization process for blinded studies.
