Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Clinical Development to drive the clinical/medical strategy across drug development programs. You will ensure CDPs, trials and protocols align with GCP and regulatory standards while guiding analyses and external collaborations.

You will lead clinical study design, oversee cross-functional teams, and maintain external relationships with KOLs and authorities to meet development goals and ensure scientific excellence.

Qualifications

• MD degree and at least 5 years of clinical drug development experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-country development programs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory processes in drug development.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical development strategy for assigned indications.
• Design CDPs and oversee trials to meet clinical and regulatory goals.
• Manage external partners and cross-functional collaboration for CDPs.
