Qualifications

• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical development strategy for assigned indication.
• Design CDPs to demonstrate clinical/medical benefits and objectives.
• Manage CROs, vendors, budgets; approve contracts and invoices.
• Oversee clinical studies and analyze results.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support submissions.
• Ensure adherence to GCP and regulatory standards.
• Represent the Clinical Development team in external meetings.
• Mentor and coach direct reports.
• Travel as required (up to 30%).
