Qualifications

• MD degree and at least 5 years of clinical drug development experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-country clinical development programs.
• Experience in regulatory submissions and interactions with authorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads, contributes to and directs PTC’s global clinical development strategy for his/her assigned indication and/or therapeutic area.
• Manages relationships with external partners (CROs, vendors, consultants) and monitors budgets to enable CDP delivery.
• Medically responsible for clinical studies.
• Facilitates communication with internal and external stakeholders to support CDPs and regulatory submissions.
• Ensures adherence to GCP regulations and company SOPs.
• Represents the Clinical Development team in meetings with external collaborators and reviewers.
