Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, qualification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management for CAT projects. You will ensure studies comply with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines, under the direction of the Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing team members or leading a team.
• Knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong data and numbers competency.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and report results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and related CAT materials; may attend.
• Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee data surveillance and reporting to study team and Sponsor.
• Oversee archiving of CAT study documents.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report.
• Lead and mentor Operations staff as assigned.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
