Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical trials.
• 2+ years leading a team or strong leadership/mentorship skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater qualification documents and communicate results.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness.
• Organize Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, and sponsor approvals for study workbooks.
