Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 2+ years in client services, account management, or project management.
• Preferred skills: strong written and verbal communication in English, customer-facing experience, fast-paced adaptability, detail orientation, collaborative teamwork, creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own your client relationships and be the go-to person for assigned clients.
• Coordinate multiple client projects from start to finish with timelines and priorities.
• Communicate with clients clearly, anticipate questions, manage expectations, and keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Operations and Research to find solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate conversations between clients and industry experts worldwide.
• Review expert submissions to ensure quality before delivery to the client.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client relationships.
• Develop market knowledge to have smarter conversations with clients.
