Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a driven Director, Client Success to lead the execution and coordination of technical projects for the Communities and Custom Panel team. You will manage client communications, document development, and end-to-end project financials, while guiding cross-functional operations and vendor recruitment.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to add value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing research operations experience with a focus on project management and Client Success.
• Proven ability to pinpoint issues (e.g., quality control, timeline slippage, scope) and manage workloads with conflicting priorities.
• Process management and improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications around project status, timelines, and launches.
• Own development of client-facing documentation and SOP updates.
• Manage project financials from end-to-end, including invoicing and quotes.
• Oversee recruitment strategy with external vendors and scale recurring participant needs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with client teams, operations, and technical/dashboard partners.
• Maintain SOPs and canonical docs for evolving client workflows.
• Identify operational cost-saving opportunities addressing client objectives.
• Communicate project details clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
