Feel Invest Group in Lombok is seeking a Client Account Manager to build and manage relationships with international investors, partners, and clients. You will be the primary contact between Feel Invest Group in Lombok and our global network, coordinating with marketing, real estate and production teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

This role blends professionalism with hospitality, making clients feel secure, inspired, and engaged with Lombok as their destination of choice.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling international clients.
• Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Understanding investment, real estate, and lifestyle projects.

Responsabilidades

• Managing client accounts for buyers, investors, and partners.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and updates for clients.
• Coordinating between marketing, real estate, and production teams.
• Assisting clients with on-site visits and investment tours in Lombok.
• Ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact to long-term relationships.
